BunGenius by Cotton Babies, is clearancing out their All In One cloth diapers in sizes small, medium, and large! Regularly $15.95, these first-quality diapers are now $9.95. Free shipping is even available with no minimum purchase. Yay!

We have some of these diapers in our stash and really like them. They are super-easy to use, very similar to disposables. In fact, I think I’d better run order some for baby #3 who is on the way… 🙂

Still have that Nordstrom Rack Groupon from awhile back! Hold onto it until next Tuesday, December 21.

Next Tuesday, beginning at 9AM, Nordstrom Rack on Brentwood Boulevard is marking down many items 25%-60% beyond their already-reduced prices during their Tag Sale! Combined with the Groupon, this should make for some fantastic deals.

Thanks, Abby, for the email!

This Saturday, December 11, head to a local Borders bookstore for Christmas sing-alongs, stories, games and more!

The fun begins at 11AM. Children under 14 must have a legal guardian with them, and this event is geared toward those ages 3-8.

Consider calling your local store to find out details before you go.

Today I had the chance to visit Maven in Maplewood. What a treat! With a boutique full of ecologically responsible palm oil candles made on-site, hand-made soaps and skin-care products, as well as unique jewelry, it’s a fun little store!

I was drawn immediately to the candles, which retail for $16 and have a burn time quoted as 90 hours. Nice. There were so many delicious scents that I had trouble picking, but finally settled on something outdoorsy and slightly Christmasy. If outdoorsy isn’t your thing, there are scents such as “Boyfriend’s T-Shirt”, “Breakfast in Bed” and so many more. It really is a challenge to narrow it down!

I found the only real drawback to this cute little shop is the strange hours: Tuesday-Saturday, 11-6. That made it a bit of a challenge for me to get there, but I can tell you this: when I’m in the market for another candle, I think I know where I’ll go!

Would you like to try out a Maven candle, soaps, or other goodies for yourself? Today’s your lucky day, because I’m giving away a $15 certificate to Maven! Certificate must be used in one visit, just so you know. 🙂

The more entries, the higher your chances of winning!

This giveaway will close when I decide it’s ended. I’ll probably give you a heads-up; don’t worry!

And seriously, guys, I think you’ll have fun spending your $15 at Maven. It really is a great little store. And they didn’t even pay me to say that!

I love getting paid to go to the mall!

As many of you know, my birthday is in November. I was a little bummed, then, when my birth date came and went and I didn’t get an email from The Club at the Galleria with info on my free $10 gift card.

Thankfully, a week after my birthday the email arrived. All I had to do was print it out, take it with ID to the Galleria Mall office during business hours, and claim my free gift card. Woo-Hoo! Ten dollars to use pretty much anywhere in the mall!

While the kids and I were there claiming my free cash, we also stopped by The Body Shop to redeem my coupon for a free item of the week. I’d received this coupon packet last week in a bag I’d purchased for $5; there are coupons for one free item a week for the six weeks leading up to Christmas. The free item this week ended up being a full-sized body butter! These retail for $20, and I love them!

So the kids and I left the Galleria with more “in our pockets” than we had when we came. That makes for a very happy mommy. And husband. 🙂
